A recovery centre on Bay Street rather than a bathhouse - full-spectrum infrared sauna rooms, ice baths and contrast pools, booked as single 30- or 60-minute services. Open from 6am on weekdays, which is early even by sauna standards, though it shuts at 4pm on weekends while most bathhouses are still going. A single infrared sauna session is $40 and an ice bath or contrast session is $30; the two together are $55. Memberships start at $35 a week. This was the first P3 in Victoria; there is a second at Richmond.
