Private full-spectrum infrared sauna rooms on Lennox Street, in 45-minute sessions, with 15-minute ice baths alongside. A standard room is $49, or from $35 if you buy a pack; an ice bath on its own is $35. Sauna then ice bath together runs $58 for a half-hour express or $79 for the full 45-minute version. Rooms take one to three people and a second person is $19 extra - except Tuesdays and after 5pm on Thursdays, when a friend comes free. Open until 9.30pm on weeknights, which makes it one of the later options in the inner east.
